To
request permission to reprint words that are under
copyright by Loux Music Publishing and
Dovehouse Editions Canada, please provide us with the
following information:

• Organization address
• Organization phone number
• Organization fax number
• Title of work
• Loux/Dovehouse edition number (e.g. LMP-8,
IRCS-4, BFS-1, etc.)
• Composer
• Number of copies being made
• Use (i.e. reprinting text in a church
bulletin, song sheet, concert program etc.)
• Date of use |
Performance
& Mechanical License Request
To
request permission to publicly perform or to record a
Loux or Dovehouse work, please provide
us with the following information:

• Organization name
• Organization address
• Tax status: For-Profit or Not-For-Profit
• Organization phone number
• Organization fax number
• Title of work (and collection title if
applicable)
• Loux/Dovehouse edition number (i.e. LMP-5,
VDGS-3, HNM-6, etc.)
• Composer
• Number of copies being produced
• Duration of work
• Use (i.e. CD, Tape, ring tone, etc.) |
Note: We usually charge the statutory rate.
